Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit den Motivationsaspekten, die den organisatorischen Bereich einer föderalen öffentlichen Einrichtung umgeben, indem sie die introspektive Realität der Angestellten, die in der Verwaltung arbeiten, analysiert, um zu verstehen, welche Elemente in der Lage sind, die individuellen und kollektiven Bedürfnisse dieser Angestellten zu befriedigen. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine Fallstudie durchgeführt, die auf der Anwendung von Fragebögen und der anschließenden Verarbeitung der Informationen basierte, wobei die nachfolgenden Analysen durch Bücher und wissenschaftliche Zeitschriften unterstützt wurden. Als Ergebnis dieser Forschung wurden relevante Informationen über die Variablen gewonnen, die dem Eintritt und der Bindung von Verwaltungspersonal in einer Hochschulorganisation in Brasilien zugrunde liegen.
