Ce travail se penche sur les aspects motivationnels qui entourent la sphère organisationnelle d’une institution publique fédérale, en analysant la réalité introspective des employés qui travaillent dans la fonction administrative, afin de comprendre quels sont les éléments capables de satisfaire les besoins individuels et collectifs de ces travailleurs. À cette fin, une étude de cas a été réalisée sur la base de l’application de questionnaires et du traitement ultérieur des informations, en étayant les analyses ultérieures à l’aide d’ouvrages et de revues scientifiques. Cette recherche a permis d’obtenir des informations pertinentes sur les variables qui sous-tendent l’entrée et la rétention du personnel administratif dans une organisation d’enseignement supérieur au Brésil.
