The City is an ancient, influential settlement that has been experienced by the human municipal for 7,000 years. It is the product of human effort and natural inclination for development, which began to stabilize after incessant movement. The fabric and structure of the traditional Arabic Islamic City have transformed over time as they are no longer an integrated social image. The values of the abandoned old neighbourhood and Indigenous people that no longer met their needs. Changes in customs threaten to eradicate the old link between social unity and urban structures, as the old community had an interconnected system attached to the Mosque and public facilities in the traditional City. The existence of the traditional neighbourhood with the need to provide new facilities and emerging services has become impossible, without rending the architectural image and City fabric. The role of planners and architects is still important for optimisation and balancing.
