Le genre Ctenomys Blainville, 1826 est composé de rongeurs fouisseurs qui présentent une systématique complexe. Bien qu’il existe déjà des études moléculaires et morphologiques sur ce genre, il est encore difficile d’identifier et de classer ces individus qui présentent une grande diversité caryotypique. Le présent travail se base sur l’étude de la morphologie externe du gland pénien et du baculum de Ctenomys minutus, Ctenomys flamarioni et Ctenomys torquatus dans le but d’identifier d’éventuelles variations pouvant fournir des données importantes pour mieux comprendre la systématique, l’évolution et la taxonomie du genre.
