Dans cette étude, une technique d’optimisation hybride basée sur l’algorithme génétique et l’optimisation particulaire à coefficient de restriction (GA-CCPSO) sera utilisée pour la conception optimale d’un système de production hors réseau composé d’éléments d’énergie renouvelable tels que l’énergie solaire photovoltaïque, l’éolienne, le générateur diesel et l’unité de stockage de la batterie (PV-WTG-DG-BS). Les objectifs d’optimisation proposés sont la minimisation du coût du cycle de vie du système et de la pollution environnementale totale. Le choix d’hybrider deux techniques d’optimisation intelligente permet de surmonter les faiblesses de l’une et de l’autre. Des études ont montré que l’hybridation de deux techniques d’optimisation intelligente pour fournir une solution à un problème d’optimisation améliorera non seulement la qualité de la solution obtenue, mais aussi la vitesse de convergence du processus d’optimisation (Anand et Suganthi, 2017). Le modèle HPS proposé, une fois développé, peut être utilisé comme solution temporaire ou à long terme pour l’électrification des zones rurales à un coût minimal et une efficacité maximale.
