Cette étude propose le modèle d’adoption de la convergence (CAM), une extension du modèle d’acceptation de la technologie (TAM) qui intègre des concepts essentiels pour une technologie convergente, tels que la compatibilité, l’adéquation entre la technologie et la tâche (TTF) et l’esthétique visuelle de la conception de l’interface. Le modèle proposé est testé dans le contexte d’un service de voiture intelligente. Les résultats de notre étude indiquent que la compatibilité avec les expériences passées avec des technologies existantes et comparables est en effet un facteur essentiel qui influence la facilité d’utilisation perçue, l’utilité perçue et le plaisir perçu d’un service de voiture intelligente. Il a également été constaté que l’adéquation entre la tâche et la technologie (TTF) influence directement l’intention d’adoption et constitue également un facteur important qui influe sur l’effet de l’utilité perçue et du plaisir perçu sur l’intention d’adoption. Enfin, les résultats montrent que l’attrait visuel de la conception de l’interface améliore l’évaluation des concepts clés de notre modèle, tels que la perception de la compatibilité par l’utilisateur, le plaisir perçu et l’intention d’adoption.
