Esta monografia apresenta em pormenor os resultados de muitos anos de investigação do autor sobre a metodologia e as bases metodológicas do desenvolvimento e aprovação da modelação econométrica complexa do desenvolvimento do mercado de trabalho rural em condições de desenvolvimento das relações económicas de mercado. Reflecte o desenvolvimento do conceito estratégico do desenvolvimento deste mercado com base nos dispositivos e mecanismos económicos matemáticos propostos pelo autor. Um dos mecanismos eficazes para garantir o emprego razoável da população e reduzir o desemprego é a formação e o desenvolvimento, bem como a regulação, do mercado de trabalho. Isto implica a identificação das relações orgânicas e das contradições entre a procura e a oferta de trabalho, a determinação dos critérios de eficácia da sua cooperação, a definição das principais orientações para melhorar as competências profissionais dos trabalhadores rurais e a regulação da procura e da oferta de trabalho em termos macroeconómicos, em condições em que os recursos de trabalho vivo são 'excessivos' e os empregos são 'escassos'. Em última análise, isto permite o desenvolvimento eficaz de medidas económicas, sociais e organizacionais de uma forma intencional.
