India is having more than 100 crores of population, women share equal in ratio having 496 million that in 48 per cent to the population. The economic status of the women is generally poor which a matter of great concern is. The rural women directly or indirectly put their entrepreneurial skill in all rural employed activities such as agriculture operations, poultry, sheep rearing, diary, sale of agricultural produce etc. Though they put their heart and soul in rural employment activities, their economic status is not improved. Even though they have entrepreneurial skills due to poor financial strength they are unable to start an enterprise.
