A electricidade é uma área da Física com maior relevância no dia-a-dia. Dada a sua utilidade no quotidiano seria imprescindível não compreendê-la. No entanto para que se obtenha sucesso na sua aprendizagem há que implementar motivações que levam o estudante ao interesse do conhecimento. O presente trabalho tem por objectivo elaborar uma proposta metodológica para minimizar as debilidades no ensino-aprendizagem dos circuitos eléctricos na escola em que se realizou a investigação. O mesmo, de acordo com a natureza, apoiou-se no tipo de pesquisa qualitativo - quantitativo, utilizando métodos de nível teóricos, empíricos e estatísticos. Para a presente investigação, a colecta de dados foi realizada por meio da observação, análise documental e o questionário com respostas fechadas o que permitiu identificar as debilidades do ensino-aprendizagem dos Circuitos Eléctricos. Finalmente, o mesmo traz consigo uma proposta metodológica baseada na resolução de exercícios e realização de experimentos.
