Aufgrund der zunehmenden Bedeutung der Hochschulbildung in der Welt ist es für eine Universität von großer Bedeutung, an der Entwicklung der Hochschulinfrastruktur und der Bereitstellung einer hohen Servicequalität zu arbeiten. Heute ist Nordzypern im studentischen Umfeld weithin für seinen tertiären Bildungssektor und insbesondere für die Eastern Mediterranean University bekannt. Die Universität steht auf Platz 1 von 20 Universitäten in ganz Zypern und auf Platz 968 weltweit (EMU, 2015). Dieses Buch zielt darauf ab, die Zufriedenheit mit der Servicequalität an der Eastern Mediterranean University zu analysieren, um die Wahrnehmung von SERVQUAL aus der Perspektive von Postgraduierten zu verstehen, und kann als Instrument zur Bereitstellung einer besseren und verbesserten Servicequalität dienen.
