Para dar resposta a estas questões, propõe-se o MedTrack como um sistema de Registo de Saúde Eletrónico (EHR) seguro, baseado no Aadhaar e compatível com KYC, que atribui a cada utilizador um Identificador Médico Único (MDT ID). Desenvolvido como uma aplicação web com a pilha MERN, o MedTrack permite um ciclo de vida digital transparente e de ponta a ponta das receitas médicas para doentes, médicos e farmacêuticos, reforçando a segurança dos doentes, a dispensa ética de medicamentos e apoiando a visão de uma infraestrutura nacional de saúde digital.
