Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist das Aufzeigen von mehreren Möglichkeiten zur marktorientierten Kalkulation, welche auf ihre rechtliche Grundlage untersucht werden und anhand konkreter Beispiele dem Leser zugänglich und verständlich gemacht werden sollen. Grundbegriffe der Kalkulation werden als bekannt vorausgesetzt, in dieser Abhandlung werden nur noch für diese Arbeit erforderliche Begriffsdefinitionen der Kalkulation geleistet. Eine Möglichkeit der Angebotspreiskorrektur ist sicherlich ein Eingreifen in die Kalkulation. Eine weitere Option soll jedoch das Hauptthema dieser Arbeit sein. Die Einbindung von Spekulationspreisen. Es muss geklärt werden, welche Arten der Spekulationspreise es gibt. Die Machbarkeit, also die Durchführbarkeit wird untersucht. Spekulationspreise sind ein Thema, zu welchem sich die Literatur nur sehr vorsichtig äußert, da es eine Grauzone der Rechtssprechung tangiert und sittlich nicht unumstritten ist. Wichtigster Punkt sind jedoch die gesetzlichen Möglichkeiten zur Einbindung eines Spekulationspreises. Ist es dem Bieter gestattet Spekulationen einzubauen, oder ist es vielmehr die Pflicht des Bieters auf Fehler im Leistungsverzeichnis hinzuweisen?
