Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Geschichte der Pädagogik, Note: 1,3, Universität Koblenz-Landau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Auf Grund der PISA-Studie, bei der das deutsche Schulsystem sehr schlecht abgeschnitten hat, erlebt der Ansatz von Maria Montessori in letzter Zeit einen enormen Aufschwung. Ihre Ansätze werden schon in vielen Kindergärten und Grundschulen angewandt. Hierbei wird das Kind und die Beobachtung dieses in den Mittelpunkt gerückt. Im Folgenden wird nun zuerst das Leben der Maria Montessori betrachtet. Anschließend wird genauer auf die Montessori-Pädagogik eingegangen. Dabei werden die Unterpunkte Idee der Montessori-Pädagogik, die drei sensiblen Phasen, „das Kind als Baumeister seiner selbst', die Rolle des Erwachsenen, Arbeitsmaterialien und die Montessori-Erzieher und Lehrer angesprochen.
