Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,0, Hochschule RheinMain, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit möchte ich mich mit den Ursachen und Hintergründen männlicher sexueller Gewalt befassen. Ich beschränke mich hier auf männliche Täter, da eine Ausweitung auf beide Geschlechter den Rahmen der Hausarbeit sprengen würde. Zur Klärung, was unter sexueller Gewalt zu verstehen ist, stelle ich zunächst zwei unterschiedliche Definitionen sexueller Gewalt dar.Um die Bedeutung dieses Themas zu verdeutlichen, werden im nächsten Punkt Studien über die Häufigkeit sexueller Gewalt in unserer Gesellschaft angeführt.Zur Ergründung der Ursachen werden zum einen gesellschaftsstrukturelle Faktoren beleuchtet, welche die Bedeutung der Geschlechterhierarchie, sowie der Mythen über sexuelle Gewalt beinhalten. Zum anderen ziehe ich sozialisationstheoretische Überlegung heran, die grundlegendes Wissen für Präventionsarbeit darstellen.Abschließend werde ich die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse auf die Bedeutung für die soziale Arbeit übertragen.
