Mental health is a matter of global concern. Specialists of different persuasions have attempted to pursue this process and advance their knowledge for the welfare of global community. A happy marriage in this process of exploration is the meting grounds of psychology and neuroscience. An important element in the evolution of psychological understanding is the paradigm shift; psychologists are beginning to move from a disease-centric approach to a strength-based approach. This orientation has changed many perspectives, many conclusions with respect to the management of mental health. We consider that the journey may not be completed in one go. Readers, irrespective of their stations in lives, must have breathing space. They need to read, remember not only by their mind but also by their heart, and apply the guidelines for their individual and collective benefits. A few of the upcoming volumes are contemplated.
