Non-governmental organizations (associations, churches, professional bodies, foundations, development projects, etc.) play a significant role in society and in the collective life of the nation. They need the necessary human resources, available at the right time, to achieve their objectives. However, the recruitment of these resources corresponds to a set of operations used by companies to attract candidates, both upstream and downstream of an employment contract. Recruitment takes into account the criteria used to select the workforce, with the emphasis on skills at the time of hiring, given that human resources are the foundation for the success of activities within an organizational entity. To achieve this, recruiting managers are strongly advised to set up a recruitment criterion adapted to the contextual and environmental reality of the organization, rather than basing their decisions solely on experience, without taking training into account.
