As malformações broncopulmonares (MPB) são raras e a sua fisiopatologia continua a ser controversa.A sua fisiopatologia permanece controversa. O diagnóstico baseia-se na comparação clínica, radiológica e anatomopatológica, e o tratamento, principalmente cirúrgico, é objeto de um debate permanente. Apesar dos avanços na ecografia pré-natal, a maioria dos MPBs continua a ser diagnosticada na fase sintomática, tornando o tratamento mais demorado e complicado.O objetivo desta revisão foi determinar o perfil epidemiológico, clínico, radiológico, terapêutico e evolutivo do MPB.
