Un modo per sostenere gli studenti del primo semestre della maturità nella costruzione del loro progetto di vita è la logoterapia. Attraverso il lavoro psicoterapeutico proposto da Viktor Frankl, è stato possibile aiutare gli adolescenti del baccalaureato a trovare un metasenso alla loro esistenza, attraverso una lista di azioni e scopi a breve e medio termine, nonché a trovare un senso per continuare a studiare al livello in cui si trovavano e al livello superiore. Questo studio ha costituito una ricerca pilota che apre le porte a ulteriori ricerche in termini di espansione a più domande e argomenti che possono essere svolti per far riflettere gli studenti e scoprire cosa la vita si aspetta da loro.
