Sobre IBD

Uma forma de apoiar os alunos do primeiro semestre do bacharelato na construção do seu projeto de vida é a logoterapia. Através do trabalho psicoterapêutico proposto por Viktor Frankl, foi possível ajudar os adolescentes do bacharelato a encontrar um meta-sentido para a sua existência, através de uma lista de acções e propósitos a curto e médio prazo, bem como a encontrar um sentido para continuar a estudar no nível em que se encontravam e no nível superior. Este estudo constituiu uma investigação-piloto que abre a porta a novas investigações no sentido de alargar a mais questões e temas que possam ser realizados para fazer os alunos reflectirem e descobrirem o que a vida espera deles.
