L’esistenza del conflitto non è necessariamente dannosa per gli individui o le organizzazioni; al contrario, se affrontato e gestito in modo costruttivo dai leader, favorisce la crescita e lo sviluppo. In questo senso, è importante aggiornare il modo in cui gestiamo e rispondiamo ai conflitti che emergono nelle scuole. L’obiettivo principale di questo studio è quindi quello di analizzare il ruolo dei dirigenti scolastici (superiori e intermedi) di fronte a situazioni di conflitto tra alunni.
