Com base na observação e análise, exploramos as dinâmicas internas, as formas de liderança exercidas e as estratégias de gestão que marcaram o desempenho da entidade num contexto complexo e desafiante. Nosso objetivo é proporcionar uma visão reflexiva sobre a realidade da gestão pública no setor saúde, destacando a importância do fator humano, da comunicação e da tomada de decisão nos resultados institucionais. Este trabalho procura contribuir com propostas e recomendações que reforcem as capacidades de liderança, promovam uma cultura organizacional mais participativa e orientem os esforços para uma gestão mais eficiente, ética e comprometida com o bem-estar dos cidadãos.
