Les réseaux sociaux se forment à partir des relations existantes entre des acteurs qui ont un objectif commun, comme la construction de nouvelles voies pour ceux qui cherchent à se rétablir et à améliorer leur qualité de vie. Cette recherche est une étude de cas qui analyse la formation de réseaux sociaux à la Fazenda da Esperança, une organisation à but non lucratif active dans le secteur social, présente au Brésil et à l’étranger avec plus de 60 unités. Cette institution a pour objectif principal la réadaptation des toxicomanes, basée sur le trio spiritualité-relations-travail, sans recours à des médicaments ou à des thérapies comportementales. Grâce à cette méthode, elle accueille les toxicomanes pour les aider à reconstruire leur vie et à devenir des citoyens rétablis.
