In dieser Arbeit diskutieren wir die sozio-historischen Werte, die die Ausarbeitung von Weiterbildungsprogrammen in der Krankenpflege, deren Umsetzung im Krankenhausumfeld und die Beteiligung von Managern, Programmkoordinatoren und Pflegekräften auf allen Versorgungsebenen prägen, sowie die Auswirkungen dieser Erfahrung auf die Qualifikation und die Rückmeldung eines Versorgungsprodukts an die Patienten.
