Sur la base de cette hypothèse, ce mémoire de maîtrise traite de la différence entre les organisations classiques et les organisations agiles, ainsi que du thème du leadership et du leadership agile en soi. L’objectif de ce mémoire de Master est d’identifier ce qui distingue une organisation classique d’une organisation agile. Il convient également de répondre à la question des méthodes de travail dans ces organisations agiles, des compétences et aptitudes nécessaires pour pouvoir agir de manière agile et de la manière dont ce changement structurel affecte l’organisation, la direction, les cadres et surtout les employés. En outre, il est important de savoir quelle contribution les managers peuvent ou doivent apporter pour que ce changement puisse être mené à bien. Outre les défis liés aux ajustements structurels et à l’évolution de la culture, l’auteur examine également de plus près le thème du leadership et des compétences en la matière. Ce mémoire de master examine donc les compétences requises d’un manager agile ainsi que les conditions cadres nécessaires qui apparaissent pendant la phase de transformation.
