L’objectif de ce bref essai est de discuter des politiques de valorisation des carrières des enseignants à partir des années 1990 dans le contexte éducatif de l’État de Goiás, en particulier en ce qui concerne le Pacte pour l’éducation, un programme créé pour établir des lignes directrices pour le travail des enseignants dans l’État. En ce sens, il cherche à comprendre comment le cadre général des conditions économiques imposées par le système capitalistique a influencé les politiques publiques en matière d’éducation.
