Elements of law', having as authors Associate Professor Ph.D. Marcel Pomohaci and Senior Lecturer Ph.D. Sopa Ioan Sabin addresses a particularly important and fundamental topic in the conditions of increasing the role of all forms of physical activity 'meant to express or improve the physical condition and the spiritual comfort, to establish civilized social relationships and to lead to results in competitions of all levels', all within a legal framework that 'regulates the organization and functioning of the national system of physical education and sport in Romania'. The volume is part of the theoretical and applicative research, in a direction insufficiently addressed by the local scientific research, namely defining, structuring and improving the legal relationship regarding the training of specialists and practicing all forms of sport.
