L’objectif est de contribuer à la réflexion sur la participation des institutions de la société civile dans le climat qui a culminé avec le coup d’État militaire de 1964. Il aborde la participation politique de l’Église catholique au niveau local, y compris par le biais des médias officiels. Il cherche également à comprendre comment l’institution communique le processus de transformations internes qu’elle a connu durant cette période.
