La récurrence des crises post-électorales, qui gêne autant la mise en œuvre performative des projets de développement des Etats que la construction de la Nation, pose le défi de repenser le système de gouvernance démocratique importé d’Occident, afin de mettre au point un nouveau système qui soit la réponse à ces anomalies politiques. L’enjeu de notre recherche est que les ressors pour le développement de l’Afrique se trouvent dans l’histoire ancienne de celle-ci. D’où, la nécessité de réévaluer critiquement et prospectivement cette histoire. C’est dans ce contexte que nous proposons 'l’élaboration d’un contenu politico-social pour l’épistémo-éthique' comme moyen du rachat de l’Afrique en situation. L’intérêt de notre travail est de restaurer, non seulement les valeurs africaines qui résistent au temps, mais aussi, de penser la possibilité d’un développement dans la paix et la justice sociale, tout en mettant fin à la récurrence des crises post-électorales présente en Afrique.
