En marzo de 2012, se formalizó una alianza entre Cavis-UT y la Universidad de los Andes para diseñar y llevar a cabo el Programa Profesionales® “Estructuración de proyectos de Vivienda de Interés Social Municipal”. La experiencia fue una oportunidad para reunir en un ambiente académico a 47 profesionales vinculados a 35 Cajas de Compensación y a la Unión Temporal con un grupo de profesores e investigadores a fin de intercambiar saberes y experiencias. Este libro reúne la propuesta académica e institucional del programa, así como los resultados de la metodología desarrollada en el tema de producción de Vivienda de Interés Social, central para el debate político y económico actual en el país. 10
