Se realiza una sistematización de los elementos teóricos que la sustentan y que tiene la particularidad de considerar la relación dialéctica entre la lógica formativa y la lógica de la preparación del docente, la cual es valorada como bastante adecuada por los expertos encuestados y corroborada a través de su aplicación parcial en la Filial Universitaria Municipal de Baraguá, que evidenció su valor científico metodológico al contribuir a mejorar los niveles de preparación, actuación y motivación del docente a tiempo parcial para aprovechar las potencialidades de la computadora como medio de enseñanza. Además cuenta con las conclusiones y la bibliografía y la utilización de diferentes métodos y técnicas para el diagnóstico y evaluación de la propuesta.
