Este libro tiene como objetivo dar respuesta a la pregunta que se hacen muchos entrenadores de formación en baloncesto: cómo desarrollar la inteligencia táctica del jugador. El libro consta de dos partes. Una primera en la que se explica de manera teórica nuestra propuesta. Esta se basa en la perspectiva constructivista del aprendizaje, en la que se desarrollan las estrategias reflexivas para que el jugador vaya conociendo el porqué cómo y cuándo tiene que utilizar cada una de las acciones de juego colectivas que desarrollamos: el pase, la fijación y los distintos tipos de bloqueos. Para ello se tendrá en cuenta los principios de juego generales y su aplicación a cada conducta de juego, estableciendo para ello unos criterios de eficacia. En la segunda parte se detalla las sesiones de trabajo de toda una temporada para cumplir con este propósito.
