Les activités de recherche se mènent de plus en plus dans un contexte de collaborations internationales. Quelle est la réalité de cette internationalisation pour le Maroc? Quel est le niveau d’inscription de ce pays dans la science monde? Dans quelle mesure cela impacte-t-il la cohérence du Système National de Recherche et d’Innovation (SNRI) marocain et contribue-t-il à son développement? Quels sont les apports de cette internationalisation en termes de financement de la recherche, de productivité, d’impact et de visibilité? A l’exception de quelques études bibliométriques, il n’existe pas de travaux empiriques sur la genèse, le développement et les déterminants de l’internationalisation des recherches au Maroc. C’est dans le but de combler cette lacune que le présent ouvrage a été conçu tout en formulant des recommandations visant à améliorer l’organisation et la gouvernance du SNRI ainsi que les politiques scientifiques nationales. Si ce livre fait principalement référence au Maroc, sa portée est beaucoup plus large. Ainsi, les différentes approches et instruments d’analyse utilisés constituent-ils une contribution originale et utile pour de nombreux autres pays.
