En tant qu’accompagnateur des communautés, dans ce livre, nous voulons exploiter notre expérience dans l’accompagnement des communautés affectées, les insuffisances constatées dans la gouvernance de ce secteur qui accuse beaucoup de faiblesses. Depuis 33 ans, nous sommes dans le suivi quotidien de cette exploitation.
