¿Qué tratamiento se le da a la imagen de la mujer en las ilustraciones de textos escolares de Lengua Castellana en básica primaria y secundaria, con relación a la igualdad de género? Para este análisis se analizaron categorías de carácter descriptivo (sexo, actividad, ocupación, contexto y vestuario), identificando y clasificando los mensajes que muestran las ilustraciones de imágenes de hombres y mujeres. Los hallazgos permiten concluir que las mujeres tienen aún mucho camino que recorrer para el logro de la igualdad de los derechos proclamados por la ley y plasmados en las políticas públicas aprobadas por el gobierno colombiano. 10
