La relación humana-cultural con los espacios naturales, en su estado actual, significa hacer uso de lo natural sin tomar en cuenta la degradación de este espacio ambiental que nos rodea y sostiene. Por lo tanto el pasaje de lo humano-cultural a lo natural implica un necesario pasaje de transformación que hay que re-significar.La Cosecha Escondida se trata de encontrar dentro nuestro y alrededor nuestro, las vías, los canales de mutua nutrición, comprensión, aceptación, asombro, descubrimiento, diálogo que implica escuchar y modificar nuestro pensamiento y acciones de acuerdo a las ideas de un otro, un ‘otro’ que es lo que nos rodea, los espacios ambientales en los que vivimos.Para ello proponemos un método de percepción de los espacios ambientales, encuadrado en una gestión territorial, basado en el concepto de sustentabilidad ‘fuerte’, esencial para la construcción de un conocimiento operacional y la transformación del accionar. Lo aplicamos en un territorio determinado, donde se conforman grupos de habitantes que establecen una forma de relación perceptiva con los ambientes que los rodean, reactivando su capacidad de gestionar sustentablemente sobre el territorio y con anclaje en las instituciones que los rodean.
