L’innovation technologique croissante qui a eu lieu ces dernières années a exigé une formation adaptée à la nouvelle réalité. C’est souvent l’enseignement qui se retrouve à supporter le déficit de formation de travailleurs ayant des connaissances et des compétences adaptées au marché. Face à cette pénurie, les entreprises ont cherché à produire leurs propres moyens de formation visant à satisfaire leurs intérêts immédiats, ce que l’on a appelé la formation en entreprise. L’objectif principal de cette étude était d’analyser les multiples aspects du processus d’enseignement/apprentissage dans ces espaces non formels, tant du point de vue des enseignants que des étudiants/travailleurs. La recherche était quantitative et qualitative et les données ont été collectées par le biais d’entretiens semi-structurés et de questionnaires. Elle a été menée dans deux entreprises de la région sud de Santa Catarina et a impliqué (15) travailleurs et (10) enseignants qui travaillent directement dans ces espaces.
