Cet ouvrage est la publication complète de la thèse de licence en histoire brésilienne, présentée au Centre de philosophie et de sciences humaines de l’UFPE en 2015. Il traite de la formation idéologique (influences culturelles) du premier noyau dirigeant du PCB dans la période 1922-1929. Il aborde la théorie de la révolution brésilienne, la politique d’alliances du PCB et le résultat de la trajectoire de ce noyau en 1929. Sa principale hypothèse est que la pensée de cette première génération a été influencée par la culture nationale-populaire qui a émergé dans les luttes pour l’abolition de l’esclavage et le républicanisme au Brésil.
