Der Designer ist Teil einer Kette, in der seine Kreativität durch Faktoren eingeschränkt wird, die mit seinem Auftrag und den am Prozess beteiligten Akteuren zusammenhängen, wie z. B. die Kunden, die erhaltene Ausbildung oder die verfügbare Zeit.
