Dabei unterteilte Hofstede Nationalkulturen in fünf Eckpfeiler, auch Dimensionen genannt, welche je nach Nation unterschiedlich ausgeprägt sind und in seiner Studie zueinander in Relation gesetzt werden.Thema und Ziel dieser Hausarbeit soll es sein, die Grundzüge des Hofstede’schen Modells der fünf Dimensionen von Nationalkulturen in seinen Grundzügen darzustellen.
