Die Hauptfragestellung, die sich daran anknüpft ist, ob durch die Einrichtung einer Fachstelle das Problem des modularen Denkens („Schachteldenkens') gelöst werden kann, bzw. wer sonst diese Koordinationsaufgaben übernehmen könnte. Um diese Forschungsfrage beantworten zu können, bedarf es natürlich einer Analyse der derzeitigen Situation, bei der hauptsächlich folgende Fragen beantwortet werden sollen. • Welche Angebote gibt es für anerkannte Flüchtlinge in Niederösterreich? • Was sind die Kernaufgaben dieser Einrichtungen? • Wo liegen derzeit die Problemfelder?
