Welche Bedeutung erlangt die Kooperation von Lehrpersonen, wenn Schulen Qualitätsentwicklung betreiben? Um diese Frage zu beantworten, wurden die Lehrpersonen von neun Zürcher Gymnasien sowohl quantitativ wie qualitativ zu Kooperation und Aspekten von Schul- und Unterrichtsqualität sowie Qualitätsmanagement befragt. Aufgrund der RASCH-skalierten Daten einer Fragebogenerhebung unterscheiden sich die Schulen hinsichtlich des Grades an erreichter Kooperation sowie in Faktoren auf der Schulebene und der individuellen Ebene. Zusätzlich wurden an fünf dieser Schulen Leitfaden-Interviews mit Lehrpersonen und Schulleitungen durchgeführt. Ein Vergleich dieser qualitativen Daten verweist auf zusätzliche Unterschiede in Zielen, Funktionen und Formen der Zusammenarbeit.
