There are numerous karate self-defense books on the market but there are few if anywhich focus on the use of multiple strikes and combinations of block and strike at thesame time techniques. This book explores the many karate techniques that are inseveral kata but are seldom practiced in the dojo. In fact, in all my years of practicingkarate I have never seen any instructor include these multiple strike techniques exceptwithin a kata.
