O cenário político testemunhou um enorme avanço atribuído ao crescimento das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Com o tempo, a participação dos jovens na governação em qualquer contexto democrático não pode ser subestimada, daí a motivação para este livro. Este trabalho tem como objetivo examinar a votação eletrónica e como os jovens podem ser atores globais nos assuntos mundiais, especialmente na política. Além disso, este trabalho também será benéfico para pessoas de todas as idades e outras entidades corporativas relevantes.
