Justin was 7 when he decided to grow his hair for Locks Of Love, a non-profit organization that creates wigs for children who suffer from permanent hair loss. It was totally his idea and for a boy it proved to be more difficult than one would expect. As I watched him struggle with the adversities thrown his way during this valiant cause, I thought what better way to relay his trials and tribulations than through a book illustrated though the eyes of children. The illustrators of this book are all elementary school kids most of whom know Justin. As intended, all proceeds go to children’s charities. The charities that will be benefitting from this book at any given time will be listed on the author’s website www.pamelaJsmall.com.
