Das Ziel dieser Studie war es, die Beziehung zwischen Arbeit und den neuen Gesellschaften zu analysieren, insbesondere die verschiedenen Konzepte, die die EJA-Schüler integrieren und durchdringen, insbesondere die ländlichen Schüler der „Juazeiro-Siedlung' in der Gemeinde Marizópolis - PB. Zu diesem Zweck wurde das sozio-pädagogische Profil in Bezug auf ihre Sichtweise auf die Arbeit und die verschiedenen Auffassungen inmitten der neuen Gesellschaften nachgezeichnet und untersucht, wie die Solidarökonomie in Verbindung mit diesen Grundsätzen das Leben dieser Personen, die diese Art von Bildung besuchen, zufriedenstellend und transformativ gestalten kann, indem sie die Solidarökonomie als Quelle der Transformation idealisiert, Dieser Prozess umfasste und analysierte ihr Verständnis des Konzepts der Arbeit in ihren verschiedensten Bereichen und wie sie zu einem Werkzeug für den sozialen Wandel wird, indem sie Wege zum Nutzen und zur Entwicklung von Arbeitsbeziehungen aufzeigte und wie dies für die Kontexte der Einzelnen von Vorteil ist.
