Powinniśmy jednak zastanowić się, jak go ulepszyć? Większość instytucji kładzie większy nacisk na edukację teoretyczną niż praktyczną. System edukacji w kraju wymaga poważnych reform, aby zapewnić dostęp do szkolnictwa wyższego studentom ze wszystkich warstw społecznych. Mimo że mają chęć i umiejętności, ponad 1000 studentów w kraju nie miało możliwości podjęcia studiów wyższych. Tylko 10-15% studentów w kraju ma dostęp do szkolnictwa wyższego. Ta krytyczna i nieprzewidziana sytuacja powinna ulec zmianie. Rząd powinien podjąć działania w tym kierunku, aby szkolnictwo wyższe stało się dostępne dla wszystkich, zamiast zapewniać szanse tylko tym, którzy uzyskali wysokie oceny w obecnym systemie edukacji.
