'It is What it Isn’t’ is a collection of new fiction, some previously published stories and non fiction from Stephen Higgins. The stories range from serious to comedic, so I guess that means there is something for everyone. Unless you like Westerns and Romance stories. To be honest there are hardly any Wild West references and probably even fewer romance tropes to be found. I’m sure one or two of the characters are fond of each other, but that hardly qualifies it on the Romance front. So I was wrong when I said there is something for everyone. Sorry.
