Es wird eine Vielzahl von Keimbahnmutationen in verschiedenen Metastasierungssuppressorgenen beschrieben, die bei der Untersuchung der wichtigen prognostischen Rolle genetischer Veränderungen bei der Entstehung von Brustkrebs und Metastasen hilfreich sein können.
