As cheias de desenvolvimento rápido conduzem à inundação de povoações e territórios, causando prejuízos económicos e sociais à população. A precipitação faz subir brevemente o nível da água nos rios. Com base na análise da ocorrência de inundações, são apresentados materiais sobre os fenómenos de inundação e de fluxo de lama no território do Uzbequistão.As alterações climáticas conduziram a um aumento dos fenómenos extremos à escala mundial. A precipitação leva à formação de cheias e inundações. As cheias de desenvolvimento rápido conduzem à inundação de povoações e territórios, causando prejuízos económicos e sociais à população. A precipitação aumenta brevemente o nível da água nos rios. Com base na análise da ocorrência de inundações, são fornecidos materiais sobre inundações e manifestações de fluxos de lama no território do Uzbequistão.
