Die Untersuchung wurde am Lehrstuhl für Auslandsjournalismus und Literatur des Instituts für Journalismus der Belarussischen Staatlichen Universität unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Associate Professor Boris Zaleski durchgeführt. Die Arbeit untersucht die Entwicklungsgeschichte der Nachrichtenagentur „Reuters' sowie die Besonderheiten des Verständnisses und der Aufbereitung internationaler Nachrichten aus verschiedenen Tätigkeitsbereichen. „Reuters' ist eines der wichtigsten Subjekte der Medienprozesse und bestimmt weitgehend den Inhalt, den Umfang und die thematische Ausrichtung der Informationsströme.
